ENTRANCE GATE
CARRIAGE
Built by Branford Carriage Works, Branford, Conn. probably 1890-1900. Stored inside resulting in good condition. No rot in the wood. Paint is worn, as is the upholstery. Wheels are in excellent shape w/ no damage. There is no top.
EARLY 1900'S SAFE DEPOSIT DOOR
This gorgeous early 1900’s iron and brass Safe Deposit Door is out of a bank in Hartford, Conn. The door itself measures 34”wide x 75”tall (with frame it measures 60”wide x 101” tall). The door is in EXCELLENT yet, very heavy. It would make a very unique wine cellar entrance, pool entrance or use as it was originally designed for as a Safe door in your home (basement).

19th Cent. GRANITE STEPS
This great set of granite steps have 7 treads each 7" high and 7ft. long. The side walls and caps as well as the pair of base stones that the treads land on, are real nice. There is a pair of curved bevel topped curbstones that end with bevel topped posts. Could be used as a free standing unit or be built into a bank or slope in the yard.

WROUGHT IRON FENCE
This
terrific looking fence has nice scrolled support brackets. It measures
44" tall with posts at 2" x 2" x 52" above
ground. The sections are 8 to 10 feet long. there is enough to build
120 feet total. the fencing has surface rust and should be cleaned and
painted. Nice cast iron caps on posts.

IRON GATE DOOR
From
the early 1900’s this door with nice cast medallions in the corners will
make a beautiful garden entrance door or security door for your home. This
heavy iron door measures 38” x 85” tall. It is in EXCELLENT condition.

1920's ORNATE IRON RAILING
This
old entrance railing is solid iron welded but fairly old. It measures
35” high x 55” long. Needs
to be cleaned. Has a trace of previous blue paint. This iron railing is in
GOOD + condition.

GRANITE GARDEN BENCH
Great
for steps or garden benches, these old granite stone doorsills each
measure 48” long x 12” deep x 8” high. They are in EXCELLENT
condition.

GRANITE ENTRANCE POSTS
These
two old granite stone posts have a nice beveled top and wonderful detail
in the hammering of the stone. They each measure 38”above ground (32”
and 26” below ground) and taper from 8” square to 6
˝” square. They each have double fence pockets in two sides. They are
in EXCELLENT condition.

IRON GARDEN GATES
Originally
made as window grills, these wonderful iron pieces would be beautiful in a
garden setting. Most are 30" high x 36" wide. Three are 36"

EARLY ROUND GRANITE ENTRANCE STONES ~pr.
This
fabulous pair of LARGE round solid granite stones will make an impressive
entrance way. Originally from the Mystic, CT. area, we believe them to be
from the late 1800's. These stones measure
39" x 39" square at the base with 22" diam. balls. The
square base has a beveled top underneath the ball with a molded edge. They
are designed to build up with 3 to4 ft. of cut stone to build height. SOLD
